From creating personalised training plans and providing accountability, to supporting body recomposition, preparing for fitness competitions, or improving overall health and performance, they are there to guide you every step of the way. Whatever your fitness goal may be, our trainers will help you stay focused, motivated, and progressing. We also have a specialised boxing coach available for 1-to-1 sessions, perfect for those looking to develop their boxing technique, fitness, and confidence with dedicated expert guidance.

David is a knowledgeable and approachable trainer who specialises in bespoke training tailored to each individual. He focuses on simplifying fitness, making the gym feel less intimidating and more accessible for everyone. With a friendly and supportive approach, David helps clients build confidence, learn proper technique, and make steady progress towards their goals.

Sarah

Sarah is warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about helping people discover what they enjoy in fitness. She creates a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, motivated, and encouraged. Sarah loves helping people find their “thing” in the gym and supporting them as they work towards and achieve their personal goals.

Aymen is an inspiring 1-to-1 boxing coach who brings energy and a positive mindset to every session.
