Our bootcamp classes run twice on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday — perfect for keeping you accountable. With small class sizes, everyone gets 1-on-1 attention, and a mix of HYROX, mobility, and boxercise keeps sessions engaging. Get fit faster, have fun, and stay motivated every step of the way.

Hyrox Style

Our HYROX Functional Fitness classes are designed to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness through varied, high-energy training. Sessions combine functional movements such as sled pushes, rowing, running, and strength exercises to improve performance and conditioning. Whether you’re training for a HYROX event or simply looking for a challenging and motivating workout, our experienced coaches guide you through structured sessions that help you move better, train smarter, and push your limits. It’s a supportive environment where you can build fitness, challenge yourself, and train alongside a motivated community.

Boxercise

Our Boxercise classes are a fun, high-energy way to improve fitness while learning the basics of boxing. Led by experienced coaches, sessions focus on punch technique, pad work, and cardio-based drills that help build strength, coordination, and endurance. The workouts are suitable for all fitness levels and are designed to keep you moving, motivated, and challenged. In a supportive and upbeat environment, you’ll improve your fitness, relieve stress, and enjoy training alongside others in a positive group atmosphere.

Core & Mobility

Our Core and Mobility classes focus on building a strong, stable core while improving flexibility and overall movement. Sessions include controlled exercises and stretches designed to strengthen the muscles that support your posture, balance, and everyday performance. With guidance from experienced coaches, you’ll work on improving mobility, reducing stiffness, and preventing injuries. These classes are suitable for all levels and are a great way to move better, recover from training, and support your overall strength and fitness.

HIIT

Our HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) classes are fast-paced, high-energy workouts designed to improve fitness, burn calories, and build strength in a short amount of time. Sessions combine bursts of intense exercise with short recovery periods, using a mix of bodyweight movements and equipment to keep workouts varied and challenging. Led by experienced coaches, the classes are suitable for all fitness levels, with options to scale exercises so everyone can train at their own pace. It’s a motivating group environment where you can push yourself, boost your endurance, and leave feeling accomplished.
