• 24/7 Access: Our gym is open 24 hours, but staff are available mornings and evenings (see bottom of page for staffed hours).

• First Visit: Must be during staffed hours to:

  • Welcome you to the gym

  • collect your personal fob key

  • Review safety procedures

  • Give a tour

  • Finalise your account

• Day Passes: Can be purchased during staffed hours.

• Joining Options: Join below by selecting your membership or simply come by; staff will let you in.

• Safety & Security:

  • CCTV monitored 24/7, including facial recognition

  • Photo ID required at sign-up

  • Strict safety policy; fines for non-compliance
