SPECAILISED CLASSES
Our gym offers a range of specialised classes designed to build strength, confidence, and skill in a supportive environment. These include Girls That Lift and Women-Only Strength Classes, which focus on proper form, safe technique, and developing real strength. We also run Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu sessions led by expert coaches, with internationally coached workshops to help students progress at a high level. For striking, our Thai Boxing classes are led by experienced coaches who provide structured, high-quality training for all levels.

Girls That Lift
Girls That Lift is a women-only strength class designed to help women feel confident, capable, and strong in the gym. The sessions are form-focused, teaching proper lifting techniques and helping you understand gym equipment in more detail so you can train safely and effectively. Whether you're new to lifting or looking to improve your strength, the class provides a supportive environment where you can learn, build confidence, and progress at your own pace. It’s also a great place to meet like-minded women, make new friends, and get stronger together.
Thai Boxing
Our Thai Boxing classes are led by an experienced coach and are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to those looking to sharpen their skills. Sessions focus on learning proper technique, including punches, kicks, pads, and movement, while building fitness, coordination, and confidence. Training takes place in a supportive and energetic environment where you can push yourself, improve your striking ability, and enjoy being part of a motivated community. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defence, or skill development, our Thai Boxing classes will help you grow stronger and more confident.


Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are led by expert coaches and are suitable for all levels, whether you’re completely new or looking to develop your grappling skills further. Sessions focus on technique, control, and problem-solving, teaching effective ground fighting, submissions, and positional awareness in a safe and supportive environment. We also host internationally coached workshops, giving members the opportunity to learn from high-level instructors and expand their knowledge. It’s a great way to build confidence, improve fitness, and be part of a welcoming team while developing real martial arts skill.
